Responsible for the comprehensive planning and coordination of special events, while providing support for all fundraising initiatives within the organization.

ESSENTIAL QUALIFICATIONS

Educational Background:
A bachelor's degree is preferred, along with relevant experience in the field.

Professional Experience:

A minimum of three to five years of experience in fundraising and/or event management is preferred, with a solid understanding of the healthcare sector and community engagement.


Skills and Competencies:
Exceptional verbal and written communication abilities are required.

Must thrive in a dynamic environment, demonstrating the capacity to manage, prioritize, and execute tasks independently, while being well-organized and adept at multitasking.

Ability to maintain composure under pressure is essential. Must exhibit initiative and sound judgment, along with strong problem-solving skills. Confidentiality regarding sensitive information must be upheld. Proficiency in computer applications, particularly MS Office, is necessary. Familiarity with graphic design software is advantageous. Capability to learn donor management systems and fundraising platforms is expected.

Licenses/Certifications:
A valid driver's license is required.

Office Equipment:
Familiarity with standard office equipment is necessary.

Physical Demands:
Must be able to fulfill the essential physical requirements associated with the role.

SALARY RANGE
$37.80


The salary range provided reflects the lowest to highest compensation available for this position at the time of posting and may be subject to adjustments. Salary offers are based on the candidate's relevant experience and skill set. For temporary positions, a standard rate is applied based on market data rather than individual experience.
