Job Summary:

The Epic Application Lead will be responsible for leading a team of analysts in the implementation and support of Epic's Electronic Health Record (EHR) system.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead a team of analysts in the implementation and support of Epic's EHR system
  • Develop and implement process improvements to increase efficiency and productivity
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration with other systems
  • Provide technical guidance and support to analysts and end-users
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest Epic system releases and updates

Requirements:

  • 7+ years of experience supporting healthcare IT or healthcare applications
  • 5+ years of experience in an Analyst role supporting Epic's EHR system
  • 5+ years of Patient Access Suite (within Cadence and Prelude) certification
  • Professional experience in referrals management and work queues
  • Bachelor's degree
