Job Summary:
Our ideal candidate will have 5+ years of experience in law firm financial administration and be proficient in QuickBooks software as well as Microsoft Office Products. The successful candidate will manage daily bookkeeping and accounting functions, including general ledger management, trust accounting, and payroll processing. Additionally, they will assist with billing and collections, cash flow control, and banking relationships. This role requires excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, as well as the ability to maintain accurate financial records and provide timely reports to our Managing Partner and partners.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage day-to-day operations of the firm, including general ledger and trust accounting
- Assist with billing and collections, cash flow control, and banking relationships
- Process payroll and fringe benefits for employees
- Maintain accurate financial records and provide timely reports to senior management
Requirements:
- 5+ years of law firm financial administration experience
- Proficiency in QuickBooks software and Microsoft Office Products
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
