Job Title: Quality Control Inspector

At Regent Aerospace Corporation, we are seeking a highly skilled Quality Control Inspector to join our team. As a Quality Control Inspector, you will be responsible for conducting inspections, implementing a rigorous quality system, and maintaining proper documentation. Your primary goal will be to ensure that our products meet the highest quality standards and customer requirements.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Perform and document inspections on products and processes, including the inspection of seats, monuments, and components.
  • Conduct receiving inspections of raw materials, parts, and components.
  • Inspect the first article to AS 9102.
  • Prepare in-process inspection reports, ensuring completeness and accuracy.
  • Maintain quality documentation.
  • Identify the serviceability of parts and components and appropriate tooling.
  • Utilize inspection tools, such as multi-meters, calipers, micrometers, bore gauges, and bond meters.
  • Read and interpret part documentation, including blueprints.
  • Be proficient with PC, manufacturing software, and the Internet, as well as familiar with MS Office.

Requirements:

  • Associate's degree (A.A.) or equivalent from a two-year college or technical school, or six months to one year of related experience and/or training, or a combination of education and experience.
  • Airframe & Powerplant License is highly desired.
