Key Responsibilities

  • Respond to Guest Requests and Concerns: Provide exceptional customer service by responding promptly and professionally to guest requests and concerns, ensuring that their needs are met and exceeded.
  • Maintain a Safe and Healthy Work Environment: Ensure that the housekeeping department is a safe and healthy work environment, adhering to all relevant policies and procedures.
Requirements
  • Education and Experience: High school education plus schooling in hospitality management, business, or related experience; two or more years of related experience in a luxury hotel environment.
  • Skills and Qualifications: Strong leadership and communication skills, ability to motivate and coach staff, excellent customer service skills, and a commitment to maintaining high standards of cleanliness and quality of service.
