We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Procurement Administrator to support our client, a leading global Consultancy renowned for delivering high-profile, complex, and iconic large-scale capital projects.

This is an exciting opportunity for an administrative professional to work on major capital projects in the Life Sciences and Industrial Manufacturing sectors.

Responsibilities
  • Provide day-to-day project coordination and support, ensuring seamless execution of project objectives.
  • Prepare documents and deliverables, including presentations, agendas, project summaries, technical analysis, and progress updates for clients and stakeholders.
  • Interact with professional staff and clients under general supervision to accomplish assigned project objectives.
  • Support the team by performing administrative tasks and executing processes, contributing to data gathering, entry, and analysis.
  • Engage with internal and external stakeholders, manage relationships, and collaborate towards achieving net-zero carbon transition goals.
Qualifications
  • A degree qualification and/or related experience in administrative consultancy, project support, and management of workstreams.
  • Capital project/program experience within life science, industrial manufacturing sectors, or other capital projects.
  • Digital literacy and expertise in MS Office, with experience using SAP software and/or web-based applications and software.

The successful candidate will have excellent communication and organizational skills, be digitally savvy, and possess a strong ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
