Job Description

As a Senior Construction Coordinator with K2 Staffing, LLC, you will play a key role in the management and coordination of construction projects. Your primary responsibilities will include assisting project managers in all aspects of the construction process, including procurement, planning, operations, and closeout.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist project managers in the preparation and negotiation of contracts, scopes of work, and bid packages.
  • Maintain accurate records of project schedules, budgets, and resource allocation.
  • Coordinate logistics, including material handling, storage, and equipment delivery.
  • Participate in project coordination meetings and ensure effective communication among team members.
  • Identify and resolve issues promptly, ensuring timely completion of projects.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in a related field, such as architectural engineering, civil engineering, or construction management.
  • 1-3 years of experience in construction-related roles, preferably in similar capacities.
  • Strong communication and leadership skills, with ability to work effectively in a team environment.
  • Proficiency in software applications, such as Microsoft Office and project management tools.

Compensation:

The estimated salary for this role is $71,519 - $93,619 per year, based on experience. In addition to a competitive salary, you can also expect a potential annual bonus of up to 6% and a comprehensive benefits package, including health, dental, and vision insurance, life insurance, short-term and long-term disability insurance, flexible spending accounts, a health savings account, paid holidays, paid time off, and a 401(k) plan.
