Key Responsibilities
  • Lead all aspects of food preparation, including cooking, portioning, and serving food items.
  • Coordinate and assist in setting up and breaking down food stations.
  • Ensure accurate portions and quality of food items.
  • Maintain daily temperature logs and ensure proper food handling and storage procedures.
  • Responsible for taking samples of all food items and alerting management of any quality issues.
  • Complete opening and closing station checklists and ensure all work areas are clean and sanitized.
  • Greet customers and handle any complaints in a professional and courteous manner.
  • Coordinate and assist in maintaining a clean work station and ensure all serving utensils are cleaned and sanitized.
  • Responsible for accurate disposal of waste from the service line.
  • Transfers supplies and equipment between storage and work areas by hand or by cart.
  • Assist with daily safety observations and report any safety hazards to management immediately.
  • Cross-train in areas as needed and perform tasks as requested by management.
Requirements
  • Great customer service and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong leadership and supervisory skills.
  • Ability to work in a team environment.
  • Serve Safe Certification.
  • Ability to follow detailed written and verbal instructions.
  • Food service experience preferred.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and lift, bend, and push/pull heavy objects.
Working Conditions

This role may have physical demands including, but not limited to, lifting, bending, pushing, pulling and/or extended walking and standing. This role may also require uniforms and/or usage of Personal Protective Equipment (PPE).
