Key Responsibilities
  • Assist in the installation and fabrication of building systems, including agricultural and commercial construction, site work, concrete, masonry, metals, wood, and plastics.
  • Ensure a safe working environment by adhering to our company's safety culture and protocols, including the use of personal protective equipment.
  • Perform demolition and site preparation tasks as assigned, with a focus on maintaining a clean and professional work environment.
  • Operate and maintain equipment and tools, ensuring they are in good working condition and properly maintained.
  • Participate in regular safety inspections and training sessions to stay up-to-date on industry best practices.
  • Travel to job sites as required to conduct safety inspections and support construction activities.
Requirements
  • High School Diploma or equivalent required.
  • Valid Driver's License required.
  • General knowledge of the construction industry and its safety protocols.
  • Preferred: 2+ years of experience in the construction industry.
Physical Demands
  • Ability to lift 75 pounds or more and work at heights of 30 feet or higher.
  • Physical ability to climb ladders, stairs, and into equipment as needed.
  • Ability to work in various weather conditions, including extreme temperatures and inclement weather.
