About the Role

We are seeking a skilled Neonatal Intensive Care Unit (NICU) nurse to join our team at Kadlec Regional Medical Center. This is a full-time, 0.9 FTE position with night shifts.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide high-quality patient care in the NICU, collaborating with multidisciplinary teams to ensure optimal outcomes.
  • Participate in ongoing education and professional development to stay current with best practices and evidence-based care.
  • Contribute to a positive work environment by promoting teamwork, respect, and open communication among colleagues.
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A valid Washington Registered Nurse License upon hire.
  • National Provider BLS - American Heart Association certification upon hire.
  • National Provider NRP - American Academy of Pediatrics certification within 90 days of hire.
  • At least one year of nursing experience, preferably in neonatal care.
