Job Overview:

This role is pivotal in shaping our identity governance and administration (IGA) strategies. The ideal candidate will be responsible for leading the design and implementation of automated workflows to enhance operational efficiency and ensure robust security measures.


Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement automated processes to streamline operations.
  • Leverage SQL for generating tailored reports and conducting thorough access evaluations.
  • Work collaboratively with various teams, including server management, access security, and web applications, to facilitate the integration and enhancement of IGA tools.
  • Provide mentorship and expert advice to junior engineers on the upgrading, patching, and migration of IGA tools.
  • Act as the main liaison for initiating and resolving issues with support services.
  • Contribute to the strategic planning and design of future IGA initiatives.

Essential Qualifications:
  • 5-10 years of expertise in identity and access management, with a proven track record in leading and executing IGA systems.
  • Core Competencies: Experience in implementing and enhancing IGA systems across diverse sectors, ensuring adherence to compliance and security protocols.
  • Ability to develop and configure Segregation of Duties (SOD) rules, onboard applications, and create intricate access request forms to optimize user experience.
  • Proficient in using PowerShell scripting for administrative tasks within Active Directory and Office 365.
  • Capacity to learn and adapt to IGA systems and assist with third-party support.
  • Ability to thrive in a dynamic corporate environment, collaborating with vendors, consultants, and internal stakeholders.
  • Adaptability to work effectively in a fast-paced setting.
