ManTech is seeking a highly skilled Systems Engineer to support the Marine Corps Systems Command, Program Manager Intelligence Systems, in Stafford, VA.

The successful candidate will provide technical expertise in research and development, acquisition, and sustainment of innovative tactical intelligence collection, processing, and dissemination equipment, as well as ground electronic warfare systems.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and mature technical solutions to address new or emerging needs and requirements.
  • Provide acquisition support, including the development of technical requirements for Requests for Information and formal solicitations.
  • Sustain existing program of record solutions and assist with Rapid Technology Insertion opportunities.
  • Interface with the Program Office to manage engineering tasking and enhance system performance.
  • Analyze technical problems and develop courses of action to present to leadership.
  • Develop and/or modify plans, architectures, frameworks, policies, procedures, manuals, guides, or strategies documentation.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's Degree with at least 7 years of experience supporting acquisition programs in Systems Engineering; experience with Marine Corps Systems Command preferred.
  • Strong technical background in information systems, networking, and tactical employment of information systems.
  • Experience with developing prototypes and assessing change proposals for technical merit.
  • Proven ability to mature technical solutions into TRL level 9 capabilities.
  • Experience with Systems Integration and Testing to verify required performance.
  • Three (3) years of experience with either Capability Maturity Model integration (CMMI), ISO 9000, or other similar processes and procedures.

Preferred Requirements:

  • Scrum Master Certification
  • DAWIA
  • Knowledge of DoD/USMC garrison and tactical environments.

Clearance Requirement:

  • Active Top Secret / SCI

Physical Requirements:

  • Must be able to remain in a stationary position 50%
