Position Overview:
The Electrical Construction Supervisor will be responsible for managing and coordinating the activities of assigned electrical craft personnel, ensuring efficient labor planning and execution.
Key Responsibilities:
- Supervise and coordinate the work of electrical teams, ensuring optimal productivity and adherence to project timelines.
- Interpret technical specifications, blueprints, and job orders to guide team activities effectively.
- Ensure completion and accurate documentation of safety activities on a daily, weekly, and monthly basis.
- Conduct inspections of completed work to verify compliance with specifications and quality standards.
- Communicate company policies to team members, emphasizing the importance of safety regulations and proper equipment care.
- Identify and resolve any work-related issues promptly.
- Adhere to all safety policies and procedures set forth by the company and clients.
- Willingness to travel as necessary for project requirements.
Qualifications:
- A minimum of 6-10 years of recent experience in commercial electrical work or a related field.
- Possession of a State Electrical License is highly preferred.
- OSHA 30 certification or the ability to obtain it.
- Successful completion of a pre-employment background check and MVR check when required to operate vehicles.
