Job Title: Behavior Technician ABA

Job Summary:

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Behavior Technician ABA to join our team at Butterfly Effects. As a Behavior Technician ABA, you will work with children on the autism spectrum, providing Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) services in various settings, including homes, schools, and community centers.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Implement ABA treatment plans to aid in client progress and promote positive behavior changes.
  • Work directly with clients to build rapport and assist with daily activities, implementing behavior reduction and skill acquisitions based on individual needs.
  • Develop and maintain a safe and supportive environment for clients to learn and grow.
  • Collaborate with the treatment team to ensure seamless delivery of services and effective communication with clients and families.

Requirements:

  • High school diploma or equivalent required.
  • Reliable transportation and a valid driver's license.
  • Web-enabled device for completing hiring process and note-taking during sessions.
  • Empathy, critical thinking, communication, and patience are essential skills for this role.
