As a key member of our staff, you will be responsible for planning and implementing learning opportunities that promote the social, emotional, cognitive, and physical growth and development of our young students.

Key Responsibilities
  • Curriculum Development: Design and implement developmentally appropriate activities that cater to the diverse needs of our children.
  • Health and Safety: Conduct daily health checks, maintain a clean and safe environment, and ensure compliance with all relevant regulations.
  • Classroom Environment: Create a stimulating and engaging learning space that encourages experimentation and exploration.
  • Parent Communication: Foster effective communication with parents, promoting their involvement in their child's early learning experience.
  • Community Building: Facilitate positive relationships among children, promoting a caring community within the classroom.
Requirements
  • Education and Experience: A Child Development Associate (CDA) certification or a degree in Early Childhood Education or a related field, with a minimum of 3 years of experience in teaching preschool curriculum.
  • Communication and Interpersonal Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with parents and colleagues.
  • Certifications and Background Checks: Pass a criminal and child abuse and neglect background check, as well as a drug screening.
