Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Culinary Operations Manager to join our team at The Grove Cucina & Wine. As a key member of our culinary team, you will be responsible for leading the preparation and presentation of our menu items, ensuring that every dish meets our high standards of quality and presentation.

Responsibilities:
  • Lead and develop a high-performing culinary team to achieve business objectives
  • Develop and implement menu items, ensuring they meet our quality and presentation standards
  • Coordinate food and kitchenware orders, ensuring timely delivery and inventory management
  • Assist the Chef in developing and implementing kitchen operations, including training and development of team members
  • Ensure a productive kitchen flow, maintaining high standards of cleanliness and organization
  • Standardize recipes and plate presentations, ensuring consistency across all menu items
  • Work closely with management to create a memorable dining experience for our guests
Qualifications:
  • Minimum 3 years of experience as a head line cook, sous chef, or chef
  • High familiarity with kitchen equipment, processes, and health and safety guidelines
  • Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to delegate tasks effectively
  • Adaptable to high traffic and kitchen volume, with a passion for food and cooking techniques
  • Knowledge of cost and labor systems, with a focus on maintaining high standards of quality and presentation
