The role of a bartender transcends the mere act of mixing drinks; it is about crafting an unforgettable experience for our guests.

Our bartenders possess foundational skills but are always exploring emerging trends, local specialties, and the evolving preferences of our clientele.

They serve not only as beverage connoisseurs but also as the welcoming presence within the establishment.

They take initiative in guest service, ensuring that all aspects of the experience are exceptional.

Bartenders will leverage their knowledge and skills to maintain a visually appealing and efficiently operating bar.

Building relationships with colleagues and community members is essential to anticipate and fulfill our guests' desires.

Passion for guest service is crucial, along with meticulous attention to detail—whether it’s managing cash flow, delivering accurate information, or ensuring the quality of beverages served.


Success in this role requires a commitment to creating a safe work environment, adhering to company policies, safeguarding company assets, maintaining confidentiality, and presenting oneself in a professional manner.

Bartenders will be active throughout their shifts, engaging in physical tasks such as standing, walking, lifting, and moving items weighing up to 25 pounds without assistance, as well as bending and reaching.

Performing these duties effectively is vital for both guest satisfaction and business success.


PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS

Education:
High school diploma or G.E.D. equivalent.

Related Work Experience:
Minimum of 1 year in a similar role.

Supervisory Experience:
No supervisory experience required.

License or Certification:
None required.
