Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Assistant Salon Manager to join our team at Great Clips. As an Assistant Salon Manager, you will play a key role in supporting the Salon Manager in achieving business goals and objectives.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist the Salon Manager in overseeing daily salon operations, including scheduling, inventory management, and customer service.
  • Develop and implement strategies to increase sales and customer satisfaction.
  • Provide guidance and support to salon staff, including training and coaching.
  • Monitor and maintain high standards of customer service and quality.
  • Assist with recruiting, hiring, and training new salon staff.

Requirements:

  • Cosmetology and/or barber license (licensing requirements vary by state/province)
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills
