We are seeking a highly skilled Land Development Specialist to join our team at Sandis in Spokane Valley, WA. This is an exciting opportunity to work with a professional services corporation that specializes in civil engineering, traffic engineering, land surveying, and planning.

About the Role

The estimated salary for this position is $60,000 - $80,000 per year, depending on experience. As a Land Development Specialist, you will be responsible for creating topographic surveys, boundary surveys, ALTA Surveys, subdivision plats, legal descriptions, and exhibits using AutoCAD Civil 3D.

Key Responsibilities
  • Create high-quality geospatial data and visualizations using industry-leading software.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver projects on time and within budget.
  • Analyze complex data sets to inform business decisions and drive growth.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Geomatics, or related field.
  • 2+ years of experience in land development, surveying, or a related field.
  • Proficiency in AutoCAD Civil 3D, ArcGIS, and other industry-standard software.
