Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement financial strategies to drive business growth and profitability
  • Provide financial analysis and reporting to support business decisions
  • Manage and oversee the accounting department, including payroll, accounts payable, and general ledger
  • Assist in the preparation of financial reports, including cash flow and budgeting
  • Supervise and coordinate reporting with HOA and condominium owners
  • Complete the year-end audit process and ensure compliance with financial regulations
  • Review and analyze financial data to identify areas for cost reduction and profit improvement
  • Develop and implement financial planning and budgeting processes
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting or related field
  • CPA certification preferred
