Job Summary

Futures Consulting is seeking a highly skilled Electrical Maintenance Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our maintenance department, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of our manufacturing facility.

Key Responsibilities
  • Troubleshoot and repair complex electrical and mechanical systems, including automated production equipment.
  • Perform routine maintenance tasks, including inspections, adjustments, and repairs, to prevent equipment downtime.
  • Collaborate with production and refrigeration personnel to resolve plant and process problems.
  • Develop and implement standard operating procedures and duty cycles for repairs and maintenance.
  • Interpret and understand plans, specifications, and operating manuals to ensure compliance with industry standards.
  • Perform other duties as assigned by management.
Requirements
  • High School diploma or equivalent.
  • Technical College or PLC Certification Course.
  • Experience in a food manufacturing and packaging environment.
  • Strong electrical and mechanical skills, including PLC and pneumatic systems.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively.
  • Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
Working Conditions

The Electrical Maintenance Specialist will work in a manufacturing environment with frequent standing, bending, and climbing around equipment. The employee must be able to regularly move or lift 50# loads without assistance.
