As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for managing front desk duties, including patient registration, appointment scheduling, and insurance verifications. If you have excellent organizational skills, a passion for helping others, and a warm and welcoming demeanor, we encourage you to apply.
Responsibilities:
This role involves providing top-notch customer service, checking patients in and out, scheduling appointments, and managing referrals. You will also be responsible for accurately registering patients, creating patient accounts, and performing routine administrative duties. Additionally, you will be expected to maintain HIPAA compliance and demonstrate excellent communication skills.
Qualifications:
