We are seeking a compassionate and skilled Registered Nurse to join our team as a Dialysis Center RN at DaVita Inc. Job Overview

As a Dialysis Center RN, you will work closely with our interdisciplinary team to provide high-quality patient care, educate patients and their families, and maintain accurate and detailed patient records. You will also have the opportunity to participate in ongoing education and professional development to enhance your skills and knowledge.

Key Responsibilities
  • Delivering high-quality patient care, adhering to clinical guidelines and standards of practice
  • Collaborating with the healthcare team to develop and implement individualized treatment plans
  • Providing education and support to patients and their families on dialysis-related topics
  • Maintaining accurate and detailed patient records, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you must possess a strong foundation in nursing principles, excellent communication skills, and a commitment to patient-centered care. A minimum of an Associate's degree in Nursing (A.D.N.) from an accredited school of nursing is required. Experience in dialysis or related fields is an asset.
