RN MedSurg Wkd II

The RN Clinical Nurse is a key member of our interdisciplinary team, providing high-quality patient care and promoting a safe and respectful clinical environment. As a proactive and collaborative team player, you will work closely with patients, families, and healthcare professionals to deliver individualized care that meets the unique needs of each patient.

• Perform the Nursing Process, using evidence-based practice and analytical thinking to ensure individualized care and coordinate care through effective partnerships.
• Provide relationship-based patient-centered care, adapting service delivery to reflect an understanding of cultural diversity and partnering with patients and significant others to set and achieve patient goals.
• Practice using current clinical practice standards and coordinate the delivery and documentation of safe quality patient care that promotes the professional care delivery model.
• Participate in performance improvement, research, and research utilization to promote safe, quality patient care, and support shared governance at all levels in the system.

• Associates Nursing or Bachelors Nursing (Preferred)
• Reg Nurse (Single State) or RN - Multi-state Compact
• Basic Life Support or BLS - Instructor
• Minimum 2 years direct patient care nursing experience

• Ability to read, write, and speak English language
• Optimize the use of technology to support clinical care and hold basic computer skills
• Strong interpersonal, collaborative skills, and customer service skills
• Ability to function in a fast-paced environment and respond to emergencies in a decisive, composed, and respectful manner
