Job Title: RN MedSurg

We are seeking a highly skilled and compassionate Registered Nurse to join our team at Wellstar Health System. As a RN MedSurg, you will be responsible for providing high-quality patient care in a fast-paced medical-surgical environment.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Perform the Nursing Process (assessment, planning, implementation, and evaluation) to ensure individualized patient care.
  • Provide relationship-based patient-centered care that adapts to population-specific characteristics and cultural diversity.
  • Coordinate care through effective partnerships, ensuring that caring is central to achieving optimal patient care outcomes.
  • Participate in performance improvement initiatives, research, and evidence-based practice to promote safe and quality patient care.
  • Collaborate with the healthcare team to promote a respectful, inclusive clinical environment and support shared governance at all levels.
Requirements:
  • Graduate of an accredited/approved school of nursing.
  • Bachelor's Degree in Nursing (BSN) from an accredited school of nursing.
  • Minimum 10 years of current direct patient care experience.
