Maintenance Technician - Converting & Corrugating Equipment

Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Maintenance Technician to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for maintaining all converting and corrugating equipment to ensure optimal performance and minimize downtime.

Responsibilities
  • Adhere to strict safety protocols at all times.
  • Demonstrate proficiency in parallel rolling, adjusting settings, and making necessary modifications to achieve peak equipment performance and product quality.
  • Share your expertise by training other maintenance technicians on qualification requirements and proper maintenance procedures.
  • Troubleshoot programmable controllers, A/C and D/C drives, and their control systems effectively.
  • Develop and implement maintenance schedules, assigning tasks to team members based on their skills and capabilities.
  • Conduct thorough follow-up inspections to ensure repairs and work are completed accurately and efficiently.
  • Maximize equipment efficiency by maintaining machinery to its published capacity and speed.
  • Maintain accurate and organized records of all work performed, adhering to company guidelines.
  • Demonstrate flexibility and willingness to work various shifts as needed.
  • Contribute to a clean and organized work environment.
  • Comply with all company policies and procedures, including safety regulations and housekeeping standards.
  • Perform additional duties as assigned by management.
Qualifications
  • High school diploma or equivalent (GED).
  • Proven ability to meet all Class B qualification requirements.
  • Provide your own tools necessary for performing maintenance tasks.
  • Prior experience in the corrugated industry is highly preferred.
