Job Summary:We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Maintenance Technician to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for performing a wide range of maintenance tasks, including repairs, installations, and preventative maintenance. You will work closely with our facilities team to ensure that our buildings and equipment are in good working order.
Key Responsibilities:- Perform routine maintenance tasks, including repairs, installations, and preventative maintenance
- Assist in the maintenance and repair of electrical, plumbing, and HVAC systems
- Operate a variety of equipment and tools, including saws, drill presses, and hand tools
- Perform tasks related to carpentry, painting, and other skilled trades
- Assist in the maintenance and repair of vehicles and equipment
- Perform other duties as assigned by the facilities team
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- 2+ years of experience in maintenance and repair
- Knowledge of electrical, plumbing, and HVAC systems
- Ability to operate a variety of equipment and tools
- Strong problem-solving and communication skills
This is a full-time position that requires regular attendance and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment. The successful candidate will be required to work in a variety of settings, including indoors and outdoors, and may be required to lift heavy objects and work at heights.
