Job Description

The Residential Support Specialist will work as part of a multidisciplinary team to provide individualized support to participants. This includes developing and implementing personalized plans, monitoring progress, and making adjustments as needed.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement individualized plans
  • Monitor progress and make adjustments as needed
  • Collaborate with other team members to ensure comprehensive support
  • Document all services using program protocols

Requirements

  • High School Diploma or equivalency (GED)
  • Two years of experience in the human services field preferred
  • Experience working with multi-ethnic populations
  • Flexibility to work on weekends, evenings, holidays during emergencies or staff shortage

Estimated Salary: $55,000 - $70,000 per year, depending on experience
