About the Role:

We are seeking a skilled Assistant Project Manager to lead our K-12 and Higher Education projects. As a licensed architect with experience in these sectors, you will effectively coordinate project efforts, serve as the primary client liaison, and prepare strategic plans. Your expertise will be instrumental in estimating scope of work and cost estimates for new projects, leading master planning efforts, and managing budgets to achieve a 15%+ net profit.

In addition to your technical skills, you will collaborate with our Managing Principal for business development opportunities and continually interact with clients to ensure their satisfaction. Responsibilities:
  • Primarily manage K-12 projects
  • Effectively coordinate project efforts
  • Serve as primary client liaison
  • Prepare strategic plans
  • Estimate scope of work and cost estimates for new projects
  • Lead master planning efforts
  • Prepare projections and billings
  • Successfully manage multiple teams on multiple projects
  • Coordinate project teams
  • Set and adhere to schedules
  • Manage budget to a 15%+ net profit
  • Continually interact with clients
  • Collaborate with Managing Principal for business development opportunities

  • Bachelor's Degree in Architecture
