LPN Supervisor

At Saber Healthcare Group, we are committed to providing exceptional care to our residents and staff. We are seeking a skilled LPN Supervisor to join our team.

The primary purpose of this role is to assess residents' needs, develop individualized care plans, administer nursing care, and supervise nursing assistants and other personnel in the delivery of nursing care.

• Assess residents' needs and develop individualized care plans
• Administer nursing care and supervise nursing assistants
• Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local standards, guidelines, and regulations
• Follow health, sanitary, and infection control policies
• May be required to work as a floor nurse providing direct care and med pass to residents

• Current, unencumbered license to practice as a RN within the state
• CPR certification
• Ability to communicate in English and follow verbal and written instructions
• Good interpersonal skills and attention to detail
• Ability to work with supervisors, co-workers, and community staff
