Job Summary

The LPN Supervisor is a key member of our healthcare team at Autumn Care of Cornelius, responsible for providing high-quality nursing care to our residents. This role requires a strong leader who can assess resident needs, develop individualized care plans, and supervise nursing assistants to ensure the highest level of care.

Key Responsibilities
  • Assess resident needs and develop individualized care plans
  • Administer nursing care and evaluate its effectiveness
  • Supervise nursing assistants and other personnel in the delivery of nursing care
  • Follow established health, sanitary, and infection control policies
  • Collaborate with the Director of Nursing Services to ensure compliance with federal, state, and local regulations
Requirements
  • Current, unencumbered license to practice as a RN in the state of employment
  • Current CPR certification
  • Ability to communicate effectively in English
  • Strong interpersonal and leadership skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
