Rose International is seeking a highly skilled Project Scheduling Specialist to join our team. Key Responsibilities- Generate reports and assist with control activities to support project managers.
- Respond to data requests and develop/maintain/support project schedules and/or detailed cost tracking.
- Coordinate with project managers to obtain weekly and monthly cost and schedule updates.
- Assist project managers in providing accurate project forecasting and review of expenditures.
- Must have advanced MS Excel skills.
- Experience with Primavera P6, SAP Work and Asset Management required depending on additional job details.
- Familiarity with data analytics reporting tools preferred.
This role will be focused on scheduling. You will be responsible for creating and updating Primavera (P6) project life cycle schedules.
You will be meeting with different employees and various departments to provide/gather updates on activities and projects from the activities that are in the project schedules and gather vendor schedules and incorporate those into the life cycle schedules.
This resource will be supporting all of Energy Services. There are currently 4 other schedulers and approximately 20 specialists within the cost side.
Requirements- Targeting 5 years of experience in scheduling.
- Strong experience with P6/Primavera and understanding of the critical path method.
- Understanding of engineering/construction lifecycle scheduling within the oil and gas/construction generation renewables space.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Willingness to work cross-functionally with other teams.
