Job SummaryWe are seeking an experienced Behavioral Therapist to join our team in Phoenix. As a key member of our clinical staff, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality ABA services to our clients, collaborating with our multidisciplinary team, and contributing to the development of our clinical programs.
Key Responsibilities- Program Development and Implementation: Develop and implement individualized treatment plans for clients, utilizing assessments and advanced technology to measure outcomes and ensure maximum results.
- Client Supervision and Support: Supervise and support our Behavior Therapists and Program Supervisors, ensuring that they have the necessary resources and support to deliver high-quality services.
- Training and Development: Design and deliver training to parents, professionals, and staff, modeling program implementation and providing guidance on best practices.
- Client Communication and Progress Monitoring: Communicate regularly with families, teachers, and staff about client needs and progress, ensuring that they are informed and engaged in the treatment process.
- Administrative and Clinical Tasks: Perform administrative tasks, such as data entry and billing, and participate in clinical meetings and training sessions as needed.
- Certification and Licensure: Certification as a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) and current applicable state licensure (AZ).
- Education and Experience: Master's degree in Psychology, Special Education, or related field, and at least 2 years of experience in ABA services.
- Skills and Abilities: Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, outstanding responsiveness and operational skills, and ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
