The Residential Care Assistant CNA's, HHA's, and Caregivers role is centered around the communities we serve closely.
Clients live in their own residences and require varying levels of assistance, from brief medication reminders to comprehensive personal care, light housekeeping, meal preparation, companionship, and more.
Must be comfortable working with both male and female clients, and be at ease around pets.

Available Shifts:

  • West Chester, PA - Sunday to Friday - 7 am to 9 pm
  • Wayne, PA - Saturdays - 7 am to 8 pm
  • Wayne, PA - Sundays - 8 am to 8 pm

Qualifications:

· Valid driver's license, reliable vehicle, and auto insurance required.

· Ability to pass a Criminal Background Check.

· TB test required: 2 Step PPD, Quantiferon, or Chest X-Ray.

· Social Security Card.

· Must be comfortable working with both male and female clients.

· Must be at ease with pets.

· Must be comfortable with clients who smoke.

· Capable of transporting clients in personal vehicle for errands, appointments, and outings as needed.

Key Responsibilities:

Responsibilities may vary based on individual client care plans but generally include:

· Providing companionship and engaging in conversation.

· Assisting with personal care tasks – bathing, dressing, grooming, oral hygiene, hair care, toileting, and incontinence care.

· Performing light housekeeping duties, including laundry, mopping, sweeping, and vacuuming.

· Preparing meals.

· Offering medication reminders.

· Ensuring safety and fall prevention measures are in place.

· Providing transportation or escort services for errands, shopping, outings, family gatherings, and medical appointments.
