About the Position

The Commonwealth of Pennsylvania is seeking a dedicated and compassionate Registered Nurse to join our team at Danville State Hospital. As a Registered Nurse, you will provide high-quality care to our consumers, working collaboratively with our multidisciplinary team to ensure the best possible outcomes.

Key Responsibilities

  • Assess patients' physical, psychosocial, and mental health status
  • Develop and implement individual treatment plans
  • Document patient care and treatment plan performance goals
  • Direct and coordinate nursing care delivery on assigned units

Requirements

  • Active authorization to practice as a Registered Nurse in Pennsylvania
  • Current, valid PA Registered Nurse license
  • Ability to perform essential job functions

Work Schedule
