We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Managing Director to lead our Financial Institutions team. As a key member of our leadership team, you will be responsible for overseeing the audit process for a variety of financial institutions, providing exceptional client experience, and driving business growth.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead multiple engagements in the financial institutions industry group
  • Create a collaborative team environment and motivate team members through effective communication and actions
  • Develop an understanding of clients' business and recognize key performance drivers, trends, and developments
  • Identify performance improvement opportunities and recommend creative solutions to complex issues
  • Grow and develop team members, including hiring, developing, and leading an audit team
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in business, finance, or accounting (MBA/MAcc preferred)
  • 10+ years of experience in public accounting with a concentration in Financial Institutions and Banking
  • High level comprehension of accounting principles and ability to effectively communicate
  • Understanding of complex economic and regulatory risks within the financial institutions and banking industry
  • Excellent written, verbal, and presentation skills
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving ability
  • Effective time management skills
  • CPA Certification (SEC experience preferred)
