The Summary: We are looking for a self-motivated, data-driven, excellent leader who thrives in a collaborative, fast-paced environment.


Responsibilities:

  • Lead a full-service, multi disciplined, media department to ensure profitability, employee development and the continuation of our “dig for big” culture.
  • Lead the development, delivery and presentation of comprehensive media plans based on analytics, forecasting and the delivery of ROAS across a broad range of industry categories.
  • Lead and mentor the media team, overseeing their work, professional development, assignments and profitability.
  • Collaborate closely with the leaders of analytics, strategy, account service and creative to develop Creative and effective media plans.
  • Lead in the audit, development and implementation of departmental processes to ensure department profitability and quality work.
  • Participate in the development and presentation of new business pitches.


Requirements:

  • Extensive experience in understanding and applying analytics to forecast, plan and optimize media plans and buys.
  • Proven ability to profitably structure and manage a media department with the necessary process and procedures.
  • Excellent presentation and communication skills.
  • Proven success in building, training and effectively managing a multi disciplined media department.
