This role as a Senior Systems Integration and Testing Specialist involves supporting the intricate test consoles that are designed, constructed, and maintained at our facility. Your primary responsibility will be to assist in the architecture of new test stands in alignment with system-level specifications, devise testing solutions, develop algorithms and methodologies, and support sophisticated digital, RF, and microwave custom automated test equipment (ATE) systems.
Test Engineering plays a crucial role in our operations, ensuring that we consistently deliver dependable products that fulfill our clients' expectations. Our Chelmsford site provides a stimulating work environment that combines cutting-edge design, hands-on production, laboratory testing, and product development. You will gain unique insights into the entire design lifecycle, from initial product design to final production sell-off.
Successful candidates will demonstrate exceptional collaboration abilities to ensure seamless alignment among engineering teams, program management, and the production floor. Strong organizational skills and a self-motivated approach to completing tasks are essential.
A robust background in troubleshooting and debugging is critical, as this position entails supporting the existing test equipment utilized on the production floor and developing new systems.

Basic Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field such as Electrical Engineering, Computer Science, or a related discipline, or equivalent professional experience.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office for generating reports, project plans, and work instructions.
- Experience in writing, editing, and maintaining existing software code (LabVIEW or C).
- Strong analytical skills for problem-solving.
- Ability to manage and prioritize multiple tasks effectively.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Experience working collaboratively in team settings.
- Must be able to obtain a secret security clearance.
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision to achieve desired outcomes.
- At least 5 years of relevant professional experience is preferred.
- Expertise in electrical parameter measurements for components and subassemblies.
- Familiarity with Radio Frequency or Microwave systems and subsystems.
- Experience in developing complex test programs using NI LabVIEW and/or Test Stand.
- Ability to research and specify components for test equipment design.
- Proficiency in troubleshooting measurement issues and isolating problems.
- Experience in generating engineering documentation such as assembly and block diagrams.
- Knowledge of corrective and preventative action processes.
- Ability to derive test requirements from design specifications.
- Experience in preparing technical presentations and reports.
- This position requires a government security clearance; candidates must be U.S. citizens.
