Speech Therapist Assistant for Schools in Lakeside VA

We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Speech Language Pathologist Assistant to join our team in the Lakeside, VA area. This is an exciting opportunity to work with school-age students ranging from grades K-12.
Job Responsibilities:- Providing speech therapy services to students with varying communication needs
- Collaborating with teachers, parents, and other professionals to develop effective treatment plans
- Conducting assessments and creating individualized education programs (IEPs)
The estimated salary range for this position is $ 65,000 - 85,000 per year, depending on experience. In addition to a competitive salary, we offer industry-leading benefits including health, dental, vision, and a matching 401(k) plan.
Requirements and QualificationsTo be considered for this role, you must have a minimum of 1+ years of speech therapy experience and hold an active or pending state SLPA license. Previous experience working in a school setting and exposure to IEPs/AAC is preferred but not required.
