Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Lead Reliability Engineer to join our team at Bristol Myers Squibb. As a key member of our Reliability Excellence program, you will be responsible for establishing Reliability Centered Maintenance (RCM) procedures and initiatives for our Summit, NJ Manufacturing site.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement RCM procedures to ensure the reliability and efficiency of our manufacturing, laboratory, and facility equipment.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to collect and analyze reliability data, equipment performance metrics, and maintenance records.
  • Conduct root cause failure analysis (RCFA) for chronic or critical equipment failures and identify corrective actions necessary to increase future reliability.
  • Communicate with other departments (Manufacturing, QC, and Warehouse) to develop and meet reliability requirements to ensure strategic manufacturing goals are being met.
  • Prepare presentation slides to describe the status, benefits, and opportunities within RCM based recommendations and/or solutions.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering or Life Sciences.
  • 7 years' relevant work experience, preferably in a high-tech, fast-paced, manufacturing environment.
  • Systems Engineering and/or Reliability Engineering experience preferred.
