Your Role:

In this position, you will utilize your leadership abilities to manage a team of 2-5 members. Your primary responsibility will be to ensure that all tasks are executed safely, efficiently, and meet our high-quality standards. As a Landscape Operations Supervisor, you will oversee various service lines, including routine maintenance, landscape installation, and additional services such as irrigation management, seasonal color enhancement, and chemical applications.

Key Responsibilities:

Performance & Quality:

  • Supervising daily site activities and assigning tasks to team members.
  • Maintaining schedules and ensuring service expectations are fulfilled.
  • Identifying and implementing more efficient work methods.

Client Satisfaction:

  • Addressing client concerns and collaborating with management to find resolutions.

Crew Management:

  • Providing constructive feedback on team performance to management.
  • Assisting in the training and development of crew members.
  • Submitting accurate time logs for crew members.

Safety:

  • Ensuring that all team members adhere to safety protocols and company policies.
  • Maintaining equipment in optimal condition and overseeing preventative maintenance.
  • Documenting equipment usage and maintenance schedules.

Qualifications:
