We are seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented Surveillance Agent I to join our team at Three Rivers Casino Resort/CTCLUSI. As a key member of our surveillance department, you will be responsible for ensuring the protection of our assets and maintaining a high level of game protection.
Key Responsibilities- Confidentiality and Integrity: Maintain confidentiality over all casino, surveillance department, tribal gaming commission, and tribal matters.
- Adherence to Policies and Procedures: Act in accordance with surveillance department, tribal gaming commission, and tribal employee handbook personnel policies, operating procedures, minimum internal control standards, and regulations.
- Training and Development: Train in all aspects of surveillance and casino topics, including camera and equipment utilization, cheating methods and detection techniques, game protection, basic strategy, and card counting.
- Surveillance and Reporting: Utilize necessary surveillance cameras, equipment, and software to identify, record, document, and report to the surveillance supervisor/director any procedure violations, suspicious behavior, and illegal activity, particularly on the gaming floor.
- Observation and Documentation: Actively observe, record, and report daily casino activity.
- Reporting and Documentation: Accurately complete routine reports, log entries, video reviews, and all other functions related to casino surveillance.
- Investigations and Support: Assist with investigations when instructed by the surveillance supervisor/director.
- Communication and Teamwork: Maintain open communications with the surveillance department and other entities as directed.
- Knowledge and Compliance: Maintain a fundamental knowledge of department and casino operations, and gaming commission regulations and minimum internal control standards and Title 31 requirements.
- Appearance and Communication: Maintain appearance standards as outlined in CTCLUSI policies and communicate effectively both orally and in writing.
- Attendance and Adaptability: Maintain a good attendance record and be willing to adapt to changing job duties and responsibilities.
- Age and Education: Must be at least 21 years of age and possess a High School Diploma or GED.
- Experience and Skills: Six months of experience in any of the following: C.C.T.V., casino operations, investigations, specialized military training, or law enforcement is preferred. Must possess computer knowledge and reasonable ability to communicate in English.
- Background Check and Licensing: This position is subject to pre-employment drug testing and criminal history background check, which may include fingerprinting. Must obtain a valid gaming license from the Gaming Commission and have employment eligibility in the U.S.
- Indian Preference: Indian preference will be observed in the hiring process.
