At Service Logic, we are seeking a highly motivated and experienced HVAC Project Sales Representative to join our team. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for selling and managing HVAC service repair, replacement, and retrofit projects to grow our Service Project business.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities in commercial markets, including hospitality, healthcare, commercial property management, local government, and industrial.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with facility owners and managers to understand their needs and provide tailored solutions.
  • Collaborate with project managers to execute projects, including procurement of equipment and coordination with technicians and subcontractors.
  • Assist in the identification of strategic accounts and partnership opportunities to drive business growth.
  • Meet or exceed sales targets and booking goals.

Requirements:

  • College degree in mechanical engineering or a related field (CEM preferred).
  • At least 3 years of experience in business-to-business sales, with a focus on commercial HVAC or energy services.
  • Strong estimating skills and knowledge of energy efficiency and automation systems.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage in professional networking.
  • Valid driver's license and a clean driving record.

What We Offer:

  • Competitive salary range of $65,000 to $85,000, plus commission.
  • Medical, dental, and vision insurance, with optional life, LTD, and ADD coverage.

Physical Requirements:

  • Ability to carry, place, and work off of step ladders and extension ladders.
  • Ability to climb ladders to access and survey equipment.
  • Ability to work in inclement weather.
  • Ability to carry a tool bag as necessary to access and survey equipment.
  • Ability to work in confined space areas.
  • Ability to work around chemicals.
