Beaver Run Resort and Conference Center is situated in the picturesque Breckenridge, Colorado, nestled in the stunning Rocky Mountains. With a prime location just moments from both the ski slopes and hiking trails, our resort boasts 40,000 square feet of versatile conference and meeting spaces, making it the largest conference center in Breckenridge, complemented by breathtaking views and a dedicated professional team.

Role Overview:

The Resort Service Agent is essential to the seamless functioning of our resort. This role involves managing incoming calls to the main resort line and ensuring that inquiries are directed appropriately. The Resort Service Agent will also oversee our guest shuttle service and serve as a liaison between guests and shuttle drivers. Additional front office responsibilities may be assigned based on operational needs. Candidates should demonstrate a friendly and approachable demeanor, providing excellent customer service while thriving in a collaborative team environment. The ideal candidate will be adept at multitasking and able to perform effectively in a dynamic setting while paying close attention to detail. Housing options may be available on a first-come, first-served basis, depending on the position. Full-time year-round roles are eligible for various benefits as outlined below. Both full-time and part-time positions are available.

Compensation starts at $20.00/hr.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage the primary phone line for the resort, directing calls as necessary.
  • Serve as the main point of contact for guests, addressing inquiries and resolving issues.
  • Collaborate with departments such as Housekeeping, Maintenance, and Security to communicate guest needs or concerns.
  • Coordinate shuttle services and keep guests informed about expected arrival times and pick-up locations.
Qualifications:
  • Minimum of 1 year of experience in front desk or customer service roles - preferred.
  • Familiarity with Springer Miller hotel management software - preferred.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office suite - preferred.
  • Fluency in written and spoken Spanish - preferred.
  • Fluency in written and spoken English - required.
  • General knowledge of Breckenridge - preferred.
