Palliative Medicine Nurse Practitioner Opportunity

About the Role:

We are seeking a highly skilled and compassionate Nurse Practitioner to join our Palliative Medicine Service team at Boston Medical Center. As a key member of our clinical team, you will provide high-quality patient care, work collaboratively with our interdisciplinary team, and contribute to the development of our palliative care program.

Responsibilities:

  • Provide comprehensive patient care, including pain and symptom management, goal of care discussions, and support to families
  • Collaborate with our interdisciplinary team to develop and implement individualized care plans
  • Participate in education and research activities to advance the field of palliative care
  • Contribute to the development and implementation of our palliative care program

Requirements:

  • Active MA NP license
  • Strong communication and teamwork skills
  • Minimum of 2 years of palliative care experience preferred
