Equipment Coating Professional

We are seeking an experienced Equipment Coating Professional to join our team in Richmond, Virginia. As a key member of our Painting department, you will be responsible for ensuring that our equipment is coated with the highest quality paint and finishes.
Estimated Salary: $70,000 - $90,000 per year, based on experience.
Key Responsibilities- Operate spray guns to direct spray primer or finish coats (multiple colors) to work surfaces.
- Responsible for keeping paint area clean, including equipment.
- Sand primer or putty fillers with an air sander to obtain a smooth finish.
- 2-8 years of painting experience in manufacturing paint booths or paint enclosure environments or in transportation body repair/paint facilities.
- Ability to distinguish colors and shades of color.
- Ability to wear a pressure demand respirator and other required PPE.
