Job Title: Cybersecure Systems Analyst

We are seeking a highly skilled Cybersecure Systems Analyst to join our team at TDI Technologies, Inc. in Philadelphia, PA.

Job Summary

The successful candidate will be responsible for designing, implementing, and maintaining secure computer systems and networks, ensuring the confidentiality, integrity, and availability of sensitive information.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Configure and maintain Linux-based servers and networks, ensuring compliance with DISA STIGs and security best practices.
  2. Install and configure operating systems, software, and security patches, and maintain records of configurations.
  3. Provide technical guidance and support for Linux-related issues.
  4. Manage and maintain a software development environment hosted on a Linux server.
  5. Participate in software testing, both in a lab environment and shipboard.
  6. Work collaboratively with the team to identify and resolve security vulnerabilities and issues.
  7. Stay up-to-date with the latest information security practices and technologies.
Requirements
  1. Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Computer and Information Systems, or Cybersecurity.
  2. Current CompTIA Security+ Cybersecurity Certification.
  3. Current Cybersecurity Certification in one or more of the following: CASP+, CISSP, CCNP Security, GCED, or GCIH.
  4. 2 years of experience preferred working with Systems Administration for US Navy or DoD projects.
Preferred Skills
  1. Experience with installing and managing Windows or Linux operating systems.
  2. Capable of operating in a pure command line environment.
  3. Proficient using bash scripting and Python.
  4. Preferred knowledge of DISA STIGs.
  5. Knowledge of virtualization software such as VMWare or Kernel-Based Virtual Machine (KVM) manager.
  6. Experience implementing security controls, configuration changes, software/hardware updates/patches, vulnerability scanning, and securing configurations.
Travel and Location

This position may require approximately 5 to 10% travel. The location for this position is Philadelphia, PA.
