Position Summary: We are in search of an experienced Construction Manager to oversee our construction projects from inception to completion. This position requires managing the construction of new developments and the renovation of existing properties, ensuring that all projects adhere to our stringent standards of quality, budget, and timelines.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Plan, coordinate, and supervise all phases of the construction process, from initial planning through to project completion.
  • Lead project teams, including architects, engineers, builders, and subcontractors, fostering effective collaboration to ensure project success.
  • Develop and maintain comprehensive project plans, schedules, and budgets.
  • Ensure adherence to legal requirements, building codes, safety regulations, and other relevant standards.
  • Conduct site inspections to monitor progress and compliance with established standards.
  • Address and resolve any issues that arise, implementing solutions promptly and effectively.
  • Negotiate contracts with vendors and subcontractors to secure favorable terms.
  • Provide regular updates to stakeholders and prepare detailed reports on project status.
  • Implement and enforce safety protocols throughout the duration of the project.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Architecture, Engineering, or a related discipline.
  • Demonstrated experience as a Construction Manager or in a comparable role, with a proven track record of successfully completed residential and commercial projects.
  • In-depth knowledge of construction processes, project management principles, and construction elements.
  • Strong leadership and human resources management capabilities.
  • Proficient in project management software tools.
  • Exceptional problem-solving and decision-making skills.
  • Excellent communication and negotiation abilities.
  • Ability to maintain composure and effectiveness under pressure.
  • Valid Driver's License with current insurance.
