New Economics for Women is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Program Director to join our team. As a Program Director, you'll play a key role in driving business growth and development, while making a positive impact on the lives of women and families.

The estimated salary for this position is $80,000 annually, commensurate with experience. If you're passionate about entrepreneurship, small business development, and community empowerment, we encourage you to apply.

Job Summary

The Program Director will be responsible for leading the development and implementation of programs and initiatives that promote economic mobility and empower women entrepreneurs. This includes managing budgets, overseeing staff, and delivering consulting and training services to businesses.

Duties and Responsibilities

  • Maintain responsibility for the agency achieving goals and milestones of each program and/or project undertaken.
  • Provide oversight services through the respective personnel.
  • Develop and implement programs and initiatives that promote economic mobility and empower women entrepreneurs.
  • Maintain responsibility for all program and/or project budgets.
  • Participate in planning and strategy programs and sessions.

Qualifications and Requirements

To be successful in this role, you'll need:

  • A BA/BS or master's degree in Management, Marketing, Business, or equivalent experience.
  • A minimum of 10 years' experience in program management for small businesses.
  • Excellent verbal, organizational, and written communication skills.
  • Strong computer skills, including experience with applications like Google Meet and Zoom.
  • Bilingual with an emphasis in Spanish is preferred.
