Job Overview

We are seeking an experienced Tax Manager to join our team in Beverly Hills. As a key member of our financial operations team, you will be responsible for managing tax-related tasks and ensuring compliance with relevant regulations.

Key Responsibilities
  • Gathering and reviewing tax data from various investments, including K-1s and preparing accurate returns using tax preparation software.
  • Organizing and overseeing annual tax payments for LLCs, as well as working with CSC to ensure timely filing of annual statements for multiple states.
  • Preparing city tax filings and overseeing the preparation of 1099s.
  • Providing information required for federal or state audits and maintaining detailed quarterly tax projections.
  • Supervising tax interns and collaborating with external tax professionals to manage compliance projects.
Requirements
  • A minimum of 5-7 years of experience in public accounting or family office taxation, with a focus on high net worth clients and their trusts, investment entities, and private businesses.
  • An active California CPA License and a Bachelor's degree in Accounting, preferably with a Master's degree in Taxation (MST).
  • Strong proficiency in Excel, ProSystem tax preparation software, and QuickBooks.
Estimated Salary Range

$120,000 - $150,000 per year, depending on experience and qualifications.
